Hi, I’m Dan. Chipped Tooth Audio is a recording studio where I record, mix, and master music. I’ve spent more than twenty years playing in hardcore, indie, noise rock, and stoner rock bands. During that time, I’ve recorded in all sorts of situations, high end analog studios, digitally with Pro Tools, and cheap cassette recorders in punk house basements. Those experiences taught me that the “right” way to make a record changes from project to project and that having an engineer who understands your vision is crucial.

My focus as a recording, mixing, and mastering engineer is to make a record that feels right for you. Below are some records I’ve worked on. I’ve also assembled a list of gear available at the studio, and you can find information on rates here.
